1. About Our Service
MyPKStore International is a shared SaaS e-commerce platform that allows merchants to create and operate online stores. We provide software services only — we do not sell, manufacture, or ship any physical products. All products listed on individual stores are the sole responsibility of the respective store owners.
2. Our Mission
MyPKStore International was founded with a clear purpose: to bring everyday Pakistanis into the world of online business.
We understand that not everyone can afford a dedicated e-commerce website or online store. A custom-built website requires significant investment — which is beyond the reach of many beginners. That is why we created MyPKStore: a shared platform where you can start your online business at a minimal cost, learn how e-commerce works, and begin earning online.
Our goal is simple:
- Help you start small with a shared store at low cost
- Help you learn how online business, product listings, orders, and customer management work
- Help you gain experience and confidence in running an online business
- And when you are ready — when you understand the business and have saved enough — upgrade to your own dedicated e-commerce store or website, where your data is fully private, secure, and belongs entirely to you

3. Shared Platform Notice
MyPKStore is a shared hosting platform. Multiple store owners operate on the same infrastructure. If you require complete data isolation, full ownership of your store environment, or a dedicated server, we offer custom website and e-commerce development services separately. Please contact us for a dedicated solution.
3. Store Owner Responsibilities
By registering and operating a store on MyPKStore, you agree to the following:
- You are solely responsible for all products, content, and activities on your store.
- You must not list, advertise, or sell any product or service that is illegal, prohibited, or not approved by the Government of Pakistan.
- You must not use this platform to conduct fraud, scams, deception, or any activity that harms buyers or third parties.
- You must not engage in any activity that violates Pakistani law or Islamic ethical principles.
- Only Halal and legally permissible products may be sold on this platform. We encourage all merchants to ensure their earnings are Halal — Rizq-e-Halal ek ibadat hai.
Violation of any of the above may result in immediate store suspension without prior notice.
4. Illegal Activity & Legal Cooperation
- If any store owner uses this platform to conduct scams, fraud, or illegal activities, they are solely and personally responsible for all legal consequences.
- MyPKStore International bears no liability for the actions of individual store owners.
- As proud and law-abiding citizens of Pakistan, we will fully cooperate with Pakistani law enforcement agencies and provide all necessary information and evidence if required by law.
5. Subscription & Payment Policy
- Store access is provided on a monthly subscription basis.
- If a store owner fails to make the monthly payment by the due date, their store will be temporarily deactivated without prior notice.
- The store will be reactivated promptly upon receipt of payment.
- Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has commenced.
6. Data Access & Privacy
- By registering on MyPKStore, you voluntarily share your business information with us to enable store creation and management.
- As the platform administrator, MyPKStore team has the ability to view store data, including products, orders, and customer information, for the purpose of:
- Platform administration and technical support
- Monitoring for illegal, prohibited, or harmful content
- Ensuring compliance with Pakistani law and platform policies
- We will actively review store content to ensure no illegal products or services are listed on our platform.
- We do not sell your data to third parties.
7. Dashboard Security
- Each store owner is provided with a dashboard login link for store management.
- Store owners may optionally set an additional dashboard password for extra security.
- Please note: the dashboard password is a security convenience feature. MyPKStore administrators retain the ability to access store dashboards for administrative and compliance purposes.
- We strongly recommend keeping your login link confidential. Do not share it with anyone you do not trust.
- MyPKStore is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from you sharing your login credentials.
8. Server & Technical Liability
- While we make every effort to maintain platform uptime and reliability, MyPKStore is not liable for any losses arising from:
- Server downtime or outages
- Technical faults or errors
- Scheduled or emergency maintenance
- During maintenance periods, the platform or individual stores may be temporarily unavailable. We will aim to minimize disruption.
- In the event of a critical technical failure or data loss, we will make reasonable efforts to restore services. However, MyPKStore does not guarantee data recovery and accepts no liability for permanent data loss.
9. Data Loss & Store Recovery
- In the rare event of accidental data loss due to a technical fault, MyPKStore will make reasonable efforts to restore or recreate your store within a few business days.
- However, we are not responsible for lost historical data, and no financial claims or compensation will be accepted for data loss.
- We recommend that store owners keep records of their product information, customer data, and orders independently.
10. Platform Changes
- MyPKStore reserves the right to update, modify, or change platform features, pricing, and policies at any time.
- Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Agreement
By creating and operating a store on MyPKStore International, you confirm that:
- You have read and understood this Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
- You agree to comply with all terms stated above.
- You accept that violations may result in immediate store suspension.
- You understand and accept the limitations of liability described in this document.
