BrainBox provides digital services including WordPress websites, Shopify stores, digital marketing, and related services. Due to the nature of digital work, refunds are limited once the project has started.

2. Eligibility for Refund

  • The project has not been started yet
  • Payment was made by mistake (duplicate payment)
  • The service cannot be delivered due to a technical issue from our side

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Work has already started or been delivered
  • Change of mind after project initiation
  • Delays caused by missing information or late responses from the client
  • Custom design, development, or marketing services already completed

4. Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be issued based on the amount of work completed. This will be decided solely by BrainBox.

5. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of payment with complete details of your order. All refund requests will be reviewed carefully.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days, depending on the payment method used.
